Take the advance from Leed and the other poster - take advantage of lost wages, compensation and any insurance coverage you have. There's also social assistance if the other ones fail. Also encourage you to think about filing for bankruptcy - true its a blow to the ego but there also the positive side of being free from debt.

I understand much of self worth is from what we do, but you still deserve to live and get through this bad stage. Make some calls to see if you're getting all the support you're entitled to. Be patient and get some professional help - remember this time will pass. Imagine if we lived in a world where others said - "well if you're injured and can't work, then you don't deserve to live."
