You are too young to do laser hair removal. Hair growth is hormonal and is connected with age. If you are still growing, it is pointless to do hair removal. You should continue shaving if you like that kind of look, and when you are completely, completely grown, provided that you have black pubic hair on white skin (not olive but white - fair), then you can undergo laser hair removal and after a series of treatments (not right away) it will become permanent and no, it will not grow back after a few weeks.
