...I always hesitate to go to the ER....It's difficult dealing with sounds and lights with the incredible nausea and excruciating pain....and then knowing how much money it will cost me...and having to get my daughter to my moms...and knowing that she'd be so scared.....pushing myself to go is a struggle. I always figure that I just need to wait it out and it will eventually go away....

I took the muscle relaxer...and am now going to get another ice pack and try to chillax.
