I think the holidays hold their own special kind of torture for everyone. A throwback from a sh-itty upbringing, the gift that keeps on giving. Don't be hard on yourself, this isn't a race... Sometimes I feel like every visit is something earth shattering , then bam....25 appointments of nothing important. i feel your pain.
