This is what I have now discovered from this site. Thanks you people for the advice and replies . I had little faith yesterday and was beginning to become a 'paraniod andriod' thinking knowbody would reply or care . Today much to my delight people had replied and I have since chatted to some great people.

It is good to feel safe , secure and able to express things
