MUE, Those are things that will build up in your body and perhaps prevent migraines or lessen them in the future. Calcium/Magnesium is important for every woman...but especially for us herbivores. You should take them together, like 1000 calcium and 2000 magnesium per day. But halve that into 2 doses. (calcium can only be absorbed if its 500 mg or less). I take one in the am, one in the pm. Use calcium citrate if your stomach is funky. It is always the best idea to bring your supplements to your pharmacist to make sure there is no adverse interaction. Calcium doesn't do well with a few medications (like antibiotics). Coenzyme Q10 can be taken with the calcium stuff and doesn't interact with much...but same rule, ask the pharmacist.

(oh...and make sure any herb or supplement you buy is made in the US, Canada or Europe. There have been icky things found in supplements from other countries.)
