I used to take public transit and do a set of 10 squeezes on each stop, for the total of 70-100 squeezes a day. That was not so bad. Then I switched to bike commuting, which is a good move overall except that I lost my Kegels routine. I still squeeze on red light, but not consistently, and not enough - probably only 20-30 squeezes per day. This is way too little.
Everybody needs Kegels and I need them more than your average woman because I have a structural abnormality that leads to urinary stress incontinence. My biggest trigger is coughing, and since I have eliminated all respiratory trouble from my life, I am pretty symptom-free, but still, I should be doing Kegels to avoid becoming miserable as I age.
What are your routines and how many squeezes per day do you average?
