Yes - the pdocs often call in physio's to loosen up the muscles. Especially when you are withdrawing, your muscles get very tense.
It's relaxation and allows you to heal emotionally and not keep the negative energies held in. It's a wholistic approach. The physio has done some acupuncture to loosen my muscles.

My meds are kicking In. I am currently on
500mg Epilim AM and PM (Sodium Valproate)
150mg Wellbutrin in AM I think
200mg Seroquel at night.
I'm being weaned off the Dipazepam, which was for the withdrawals.
Seeing my T daily has been good, but I'm still finding it difficult to get in touch with my emotions.
I read her a part of what I had journaled. We have now come to the conclusion that before every session I'll write down what emotions im feeling. It's a great start.
