you can try this too: when you have an especially alert day, take note of anything which might allow you to recreate it again. such as, how much sleep you got the night before, what kinds of foods you ate, what amount of exercise you had, etc.

thankss guys, i try and get the proper sleep i need but it iss hard to keep a balance sometimes what with me forgeting a dose here and there as well and i do take the least amount possible as well bc i am a very small dose but it is extremely powerful to me, i take 200mgs amisulpride,
coffee sometimes helps but sometimes i think it is making me sleepy too sometimes, it's weird.
