During my last appt, I talked about the letter in support of my court case and about Topamax, and I forgot to ask about the schedule of meds when in flight. So I will ask you guys instead.

I take:

6AM - Levoxyl
breakfast - Topamax, Prozac, Metformin
lunch - Metformin
dinner - Geodon, Metformin
bedtime - Lithium, Amitrtiptyline

and a small bunch of supplements, too.

So when I am on a plane to Europe, on what schedule do I take those meds? When do I switch to "their" time?

How about on the flight back to California?
