I agree with lynn and Harley, I'd much prefer to be a man and it is not your orientation, it's your sex drive that's making you uncomfortable.

I'd say keep taking the topamax and perhaps after a few months it will get better. Also, menopause is coming up for you so perhaps age has something to do with it, though this has been happening directly after taking topamax.
