What I want to know is how do you remember to take all your meds at all those different times? I just take mine am and hs and a lot of times forget the am meds.
I have no trouble remembering. I wake up, take Levoxyl, and then go back to sleep for an hour because there should be no eating for an hour after taking Levoxyl. It is easy to remember - it is the very first thing I do in my day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - those meds go with mealtimes so that is easy. Bedtime is easy, too. I pour meds out of their bottles - I do not use pill boxes or containers. I have two bottles with Metformin - one at work where I eat weekday lunches and one at home.
