Okay, so, to make a long story short, I recently had to find another job (as I said before in other posts) and I got called for two interviews. One at a retail place and one working as a dietary aid with the elderly. I had my first interview today for the dietary aid position and they loved me immediately and I got the job right away, pretty much. They just have to do the background check and check me for TB. So, I basically start this weekend.
Now, I have another interview tomorrow for another place which is retail, but I'm not sure if I should take both jobs if I get offered both.
The job I got offered today pays really well and the hours are really good. The environment is also really nice which is a huge plus, everyone is so NICE!
But, it's doing something I'm not used to, so there's a chance I might not like it. But I am in love with the idea of being able to help the elderly and the job itself is really not that hard.
The other job I'm interviewing for tomorrow is for retail, as I saidd, which I've been doing for awhile now. I'm used to it, but this place is really big and they seem really strict and the environment just doesn't seem really friendly.
So, if I got offered this job as well, I'm unsure if I should accept it too.
I don't think I can emotionally handle two jobs, especially learning new positions at the same time because I'm easily stressed and I need something more easy going.
But if I decline this job, I'm worried that I'll regret it and wish I had chosen that one over the one with the nice environment and good pay.
The last time I declined a job I was offered, my current situation happened. My boss kept trying to get me to quit.
What should I do? I'm really thinking I'm going to decline the other job, in retail, because I can't handle two jobs, but what if I end up hating the other?
