Drugs.com lists a "major interaction" warning between Geodon and topamax. I dont know how relIable that Is, but it does show dizziness as an issue and it is the highest level of warning it gives. You don't want to have a stroke in Europe, your insurance probably won't even cover you. Sorry that's definitely an Italian thing!
