I started having hallucinations both visual and audio perhaps some paranoia at 11 years old. It's something that seems pretty much to have always been with me. Tho sometimes it can still send me into a tail spin. I am usually pretty good about being able to hold onto reality enough and slowly figure out what is real in the material world and what is coming from me.

Even when I "know" that it is not real, it's still hard at times to stay on the real side, I do get delusional a bit in those times which really complicates the staying in reality bit.

But like Christina said she got used to it, I got used to it, some are really not that bothersome, sometimes some of it is, content depending. I have not had a hallucination or any psychosis in just over a year. I cannot say I miss it tho.
