Self dx is a dangerous thing to do.. it really is like playing with fire. You could really burn yourself with that. Not only that, what if it turns out to not be bipolar.. you already are calling yourself it or telling others you are. Not easy to take it back if you are not, and how will you feel about it if you set yourself up to be "it" too much and then you are not?
