Wow, what a difficult thing for you to do. I am adopted also, and the less I hear/see about it, the better I think I am. I think you are heading in the right direction. You relived an ever so small part of your past., you cried and you TALKED about it. I admire your courage and strength. Hope I get there someday. Keeping you close in my heart and thoughts!!
