Goldmaiden, I feel like I'm having a little of your trouble myself. I think I found a partial solution yesterday; I didn't want to go to the grocery store or go get my hair cut but I did anyway. Think of a few things that you "should" do or that you could think of liking to do in an alternative life :-) and do them anyway. The old adage of not being able to steer a car that isn't moving. . . applies. Get the car moving and that might help the engine start.
Can you go look into programs at school for next semester (if it's too late to start this one -- my uni has late start so my Fall course doesn't start until October 25). Or, find an online or correspondence course from an accredited school that you can transfer to yours? My uni degree, is all online but I've been taking a correspondence course from another university for credit this summer.

Can you join a gym and one of their exercise groups that meets regularly? Check your local papers and see if your hospital or local churches have any support groups. Maybe a little volunteer job? I love "workbooks" and have gotten jump-started before by finding a good one that got me interested in trying something? Julia Cameron's
The Artist's Way or any of Barbara Sher's books.
