-Lights help me to wake up and I schedule things in the morning so I get up and out of bed.
-If the weather is ok I try to get out and go for a walk - just out the door and for as long as I can, if I'm depressed then I can stop after 5 min but usually I walk for longer.
-I try to get out of the house every day even if its just to the coffee shop for a coffee.
-Journalling helps me when I'm depressed - whatever the reason
