DH do you tell them what you ant, or just let them do what they want, or do they just do what they want anyways. Some hairdresssers are bad for that.

I print out photos and take with me. And I make sure they know exactly how I want it before cutting starts, plus they have a huge picture in front of them to look at. Seems to help.
