This is such a good idea. Even when you don't get comments or advice, truth is, sometimes writing down/journaling about something is really good therapy in and of itself. Not only that sometimes in the heat of the moment while we are in the midst of it we may not see the solution and if we just move on, we never come back to it. With a record of your feelings and the event itself, you can come back to it more objectively too. Of course, it will always be good to get comments too but I'm just adding this thought
