My dr. just prescribed me zoloft after lexapro has not been a good match for me. Last night I was just researching to see if I could find a table ranking some SSRI's that listed them in the order of which had the the most reported sexual side effects. I found a powerpoint presentation of a professor at a university that specializes in psychopharmacology. If I was reading the chart correctly, I think it was listing the SSRI's listed in the following order (from most sexual dysfunction to least): celexa, paxil, effexor, zoloft, luvox, prozac, serzone. Seems like all the SSRI's effect libido in one way or another.

Wellbutrin is an atypical antidepressant (not an SSRI) and you probably know it has many uses beyond depression. It actually goes the other way and can increase your sex drive and cause weight loss. But everyone is different so it may or may not be a fit for what you need.
