Hi.. I think we all go through a grief process when a relationship ends.. regardless of how it ends.. we have invested time and emotions into it, and it sounds like you went the extra mile by giving it chance after chance...
Is it possible that after everything you went through to save this relationship, you feel like a failure? I did.Is it possible that you feel like a fool for investing as much as you have into it only to have to walk away from it? I did.
Is it possible that you feel guilty for taking your daughters family unit from her even though you couldn't do anything different? I felt that way about my son....
Just a few things to give some thought to.. things that could be causing your depression. All understandable and natural repsonses.
I agree that therapy can be a wondewrful way to work it all out... and if therapy isn't an option then talking about it here or with friends is the next best thing... so talk away...
It will get better... have hope..
