I went out shopping and got a lot of fruits, veggies and healthy snacks. I did get 2 junk food items 'cause I don't want to put myself into shock.
Hi Biiv, Yes, I know! And it's like you eat even though you're full and you're not even enjoying what you're stuffing in your face. It's gotta be some kind of comfort or emotional replacement thing going on. I guess that's why they call it comfort food. Either we're stuffing something down or we're filling up a void or maybe both.

That's what I'm trying to do. Like, instead of getting potato chips, I got banana chips and they are surprisingly good and satisfying. Instead of ice cream, I'm eating low fat yogurt and that is really good too.
I am pleasantly surprised how food that is good for you can actually taste good. Yippeeee!
I still cheat though. I got halloween cupcakes with the orange jimmies on them and I got a bag of the cheddar cheese puffs- Yum!

But overall I think I've been eating a lot healthier and I am exercising regularly now.
