Figured since I can't really offer anything to you all, since I'm emotionally exhausted, I'd just ask a basic non-emotional question. What's the proper way to explain what the crap is wrong with me to people? That, and what books should I buy? I work next to a Barnes and Noble, so I was going to check it out, tomorrow. I know there a dozen or so and from you all, I'd probably get the best reccomendations. For myself and something to give to others.
"What the Hell is wrong with you?"
"Read this."
Just want to know how to tell this to people with spazzing out into an emotional nightmare.
