I have taken clozapine for about 2 1/2 years. I currently take 200 mgs, down from 450 mgs.

It has been a good med for my Major Depression w/ Psychotic Features.

My only real complaint was the COMPLETE fatigue I felt in the beginning.............it was awful.

Other than the the weekly/bi-weekly bloodwork, it has been a wonderful med for me, and I have been through a good portion of the other atypicals with questionable results.
