Aha -- I found another post! LOL Yes, it IS exhausting to go to work, when you're depressed.

Sometimes it's almost more than you can bear.
Are you in therapy? Perhaps it would be a good idea, ya think? Therapy worked wonders for me ~ I was able to tell the therapist everything from my childhood on -- and things came up that I thought I'd forgotten. And he brought things out of me that I didn't even know existed!

There were things bothering me that I didn't realize.
Can you get into therapy? I would recommend it. You surely won't regret it. If there's no way you can, at least see your medical doctor -- he can help too.
