You are my closest friend here at PC and I feel ashamed of myself because we missed talking today so I just PMed you whining about my silly little leg injuries, THEN found this thread and discovered what a tough time you're having. I'm sorry, Sweetie. I want to be and am here for you. I have personally been through some of what you have with your ex-husband, but I also worked as a Paralegal in three firms over twelve years, always in the domestic (divorce, domestic abuse, child custody, adoption, child support and domestic mediation) division at each firm. I can't practice law, but I can share personal, practical recollections based upon what I've seen work and not work with regard to domestic situations.
