Sorry you had such a hard session. I know for me, it can be so hard to come out and say things in therapy, like asking for help with the OCD stuff. Especially when you guys have had such a long break and this was so hard for you.
Her comment about are you gonna fire her I don't think was right. I'm just sorry the session was so hard.
