I'm seeing my "T" today, and we'll probably go on the forum - only the part that is open to non-members. I like to use it to help me understand my responses to things I read, and things I write. My memory is for sh**! We use the forum as to how it affects ME, especially in questions and doubts I may have about my own life. I don't think we've ever done a whole "50 minute therapy hour," but I suppose we could. Fortunately, I have a lot of time in therapy that it doesn't seem like time wasted. Since last Sunday I've had ~12 hours of therapy, and we have barely talked about the forum, let alone go on it together. I might change my mind today about going on - don't know though.

If what one does in therapy works - why would one change it? Even if others see it as a waste of time or money? It's yours to do what you wish.

Thank G, my therapy works for me! Especially around this holiday time.

Sorry to the OP, because she was looking for post from therapists, and I am only a consumer.
Thanks for this!
