Just to share a wee tale. When I was young, my dear Mum (R.I.P.) would send me and my brother to the shops. We'd have to ask the baker for
'a nice loaf' best said in an Irish accent.
What was that all about ? We use to laugh and dare each other to ask. A nice loaf, as if we'd come back with a nasty one. Mums eh.
And don't get me started on the green bacon, we were sent for.
