Be sure you spend at least six hrs in bed resting-1computer, TV etc off, even if you can't sleep. Eat at least two decent meals a day. Get out and go somewhere, walk, get some exercise every day for fresh air. Every hr DO SOMETHING that's piling up. Wash ONE dish. Make ONE phone call. Just DO it.

Can you make yourself do this? I can force this much out our me, 4 out of 7 days on my worst week ... and when that slips to 3 of 7 I go to pdoc and say, "Danger, Will Robinson." So far he hasn't had to hospitalize me, but he's had to fix me with major med changes or something.

Don't wait too long to get help.
