Reasons I am feeling pretty crappy last 2 weeks.
1) Not eating well
2) Had a cold
3) Bad sleep hygiene- some nights 10 hours some nights 6 hours of sleep
4) No exercise
5) Holidays
6) Obsessing over health anxiety
7) Putting off responsibilities
Symptoms:
1) Fatigue
2) Random pains in chest, head, stomach
3) Anxiety
4) Low Mood
5) Lack of appetite
Goal: Turning this around before it becomes a relapse. Eating and responsibilities are an easy fix, just a little effort. Holidays I can't control, just deal with the stresses as they come. Health anxiety comes and goes with everything else depending on well being. Motivation for better sleep system and exercise are tough ones

. Maybe start taking walks again instead of jumping right back into a gym? And as for sleep, I dunno some nights at 1 AM a movie sounds really good! Other nights at 11pm surfing the web sounds relaxing. Either way 3 AM comes around and i finally spend 30 mins falling asleep. Then I wake up at 9, 10, 11, 11:30, and 12 and fall back asleep. Meh its bad just typing it, terrible sleep pattern. Gonna try a 2AM limit on all tv, computer, electronics starting tonight and HOPEFULLY work that to midnight. Let's be fair here I am a night owl with no job atm. Baby steps right? Oh ya, and does anyone else find a bit of amazement in the fact that you can spend 3 month convinced you have a thyroid or heart or brain or watever medical issue causing symptoms, realize its anxiety and have them disappear completely, then in the future they return and your brain refuses to believe its just anxiety again? lol I cant even self talk myself out of catastrophic medical issues when I am not feeling well. Then when I feel better, I cant self talk myself back INTO catastrophic medical issues if I tried. Depression and Anxiety really are strong illusionary forces.
