Hello all I'm looking into outpatient programs and wonder what has your experience been? I'm looking for something like a support group. Any idea how to find that? I'm not really interested in iop but something else. Any suggestions? I'm looking for an alternative to therapy as my therapist is out of town and I would like to have somewhere I coul just talk to people. Any help would be great, thanks!
