we totally understand- and it can be so hard to get yourself out of

is their anything that you think... you know, i'd really like to do that?

perhaps you can take little steps to something you really want to do- and if you can't think of anything, that's okay too... you could still do little activities daily (take a lil walk outside, clean a bit of the house, etc)
