I guess the question is on how they were involved? It was one guy who was obviously disturbed for some reason. What is the connection to the British government here? I am just asking because I don't understand what you mean exactly.

I do believe society is a great deal at fault in this. It started off by failing one young man, and by doing that it then failed all of those innocent people. I do firmly believe that as a whole the society around us is not properly equiped or willing to help when it is of dire importance that they do not fail that one person, and then something like this happens. It is a broken record. It is a snake eating it's own tail. I have no answers but I see the problem.
