I've decided to give myself an additional motivational kick. Now whenever I want to go out and buy a bottle of scotch, I'm going to take the money and put it into a savings account. Then when I get my 1 year, I'll use the money to take a trip someplace nice.
Big plus - I went to my first aftercare group last night and they were all really nice. I think it's going to be great support.
