The lexapro, I would think. It's an antidepressant. Because it can treat depression, it elevates the mood and can make your mood state go higher (towards the hypomanic side).

The risperdal is an atypical antipsychotic. It's often used to manage mixed and manic states.

Call your pdoc to be sure though.
