Last year when I was able to enjoy stability without medications, a naturopath recommended skunk cabbage to me and I found that when I took just two drops or so (from memory, not sure if that is exact) at bedtime I was able to fall asleep within a minute - and wake up in the morning without the fatigue I was used to! We bought it from Good Herbs, Inc.
