People close to me want to know. I try to explain the racing thoughts like trying to run on a treadmill that's going to fast. Or when you see a gerbil scrabbling at the corner of a glass aqauarium trying to escape - that's kind what it feels like. But it's more than that, it's not being able to stick with one thought so it's like having a radio on. And another. And a tv, all the thoughts racing and over lapping.
