I hurt so bad today!!!! My fall out of bed last week may have been hilarious but ever since then, all of my arthritic joints have been HURTING!!! Tylenol doesn't even beging to touch the pain and I don't want to start taking narcotics!

I can't sit for very long, I can't lay down for very long and I certainly CAN'T WALK! I couldn't even stand long enough to put my wash in the washer and then transfer it to the dryer yesterday, let alone fold or hang it up!
