Thanks to you both for posting!
ADD can make you depressed, because of all the damage to your self-esteem it does. All the people who get p.$$.ed at you for forgetting or not coming through and you know all the things that happened to get you to the Next Failure, but the only thing most seem to care about is the Final Pass/Fail, done/not done... Anxiety over trying to keep it all together, depression after it turns out you did not keep get things done and disappointed those who you care most about.

After my first Adderall, within 30 minutes I felt "Good" for maybe the first time ever.

I had NO Clue as to what ADD/ADHD was (Other than the joke stereotypes) until I read my first book on the subject. I read it with a Highlighter because of all the things that matched me to a "T".

If you see a psychiatrist, make sure they are a specialist in ADD.

Good luck
