I didn't sleep last night. Went to the ER today, they told me to increase my mirtazapine to the max dose. I just increased it to the mid dose last night and it didn't do anything. In fact, I've read up on it and mirtazapine is less sedating at higher doses, so I don't know what this doctor is thinking. The lowest dose is what I started on and obviously that doesn't work. I'm freaking out. I need to sleep. I'm having auditory hallucinations and I'm just waiting till I have visual ones. I know I won't sleep tonight on the high dose of mirtazapine unless some miracle occurs. What the hell am I going to do? I'm just supposed to wait until I see my doc on Thursday? I have finals all week, I need to sleep.
