I am dxd with pure O and bp2. I doubt a Dr could get the 2 confused tho as there are no extreme mood episodes relating to OCD... It is however quite common to be misdiagnosed across the BP, MDD and BPD spectrums, as the 1 very much looks like the other depending on when the pdoc saw you and what you chose to divulge.
