Might you ask for a decreased dosage of the lexapro? I'm just coming out of a deep depression & my pdoc prescribed 10 mg. lexapro (I'm also on 400 mg. seroquel & 15 mg. abilify). I had no adverse affects from the lexapro, & in fact, I'm sure that's what caused the depression to lift a bit. My pdoc is always conservative with adding anti-depressants because it's induced mania in the past. A lower dose might kill two birds with one stone. I realize, however, that different people react differently to medications.
