I am sorry you feel down like this. I have had these times myself, give yourself some time and be patient, you have been through a lot this past year. Try to consider what you do have that is good in your life, and make sure you don't keep focusing on the bad things. It is often easy to put too much focus on the bad and let it drag you down. I can get going in that direction myself too. I try to stop myself and make sure I think about the good things I can focus on and work on pulling myself up and back into working on going forward again.
