talk to your employment support worker at the jobcentre, employers these days have to make reasonable adjustments for things like this, as long as you make them aware at interview or at you pre-return review. they don't have to reduce your hours or give you extra time off, but should be able to let you leave for a couple of hours for therapy as long as you make up the time. I think the DDA (disability discrimination act) deals with this issue in more detail.

PS many people are reclasssified after appeal about ESA decisions, so if you are not ready to return to work you may be able to appeal the decision.
