Yes...I have had anxiety for the last 14 yrs and in the last 2-3years it has been getting better. With right medication, therapy and other holistic paths, things can definitely improve. For all those talking about staying in the present, I had the same issue and what is helping me is meditation...and reading spiritual literature, if you're spiritual. These are definitely worth a try...they have made a lot of difference to me.
