I suggested that to hubby, sky, and he said there's no way that he'll do that...certainly not at this point in his life as well. I had to explain to him the importance of an ATM card and that it won't cost him...

Also, we couldn't get him to get a cell, so we purchased him a pre-paid cell phone and he will use it...updating the mins. every 90 days for $20. LOL.
