I'm sure he can ...if he wished to not cut off his nose to spite his face... speak with a manager with the dish company... or write the management a letter (he might like that ) and explain that they can check his payment records with his utilities, etc. RIGHT? I mean, he doesn't draw well water with his own generator, right? lol
